Description: Portable reverse discharge mixing unit has in-built hydraulic aggregate weighing system. Other features include water meter or electronic water flow meter, light weight, portable on site, no requirement of civil foundation, low power requirement and very simple to maintain and operate. The mixing blades and paddles are as per Italian drawings and are very important to ensure homogeneous mixing of concrete of various slump. The single Italian cast steel gear ring is mounted on the drum without any bolting or holes made on the drum. The entire mixing drum is powered through an Italian compact reduction gearbox, which is specially manufactured for reverse drum mixers. The gearbox imparts high torque to the drive but does not take away too much power from the electric motor. With the focus on mixing, transporting, slip-forming and finishing of cement concrete specialised equipments for roads, airports, dams and other large irrigation projects are available.
