Positive Displacement Flowmeters

Description: Oscillating piston type positive displacement flowmeters are available 1/2 to 3 size in a flow range of 12 to 24000 LPH and ensure a very low-pressure drop. All flowmeters feature solid-state magnetic sensors and electronic LCD or LED displays. The design offers an unmatched accuracy of ±0.5% of reading in a viscosity range of 0.5 to 10,000 CST. The materials of construction allow continuous duty usage of the flowmeter up to 150°C temperature. One of the most unique features of the design is a built-in high capacity filter which can be easily removed and cleaned, eliminating the need of an external filter which is essential for the fuctioning of all types of PD flowmeters. End connections in the form of flanges or threaded adaptors can be flexibly chosen depending on the line, size and operating flow range for any size of flowmeter. Flowmeters are available with a wide range of electronic readouts including self powered LCD totalisers which do not require any external power. Rate indicator totaliser with analogue 4-20 mA output are also offered in a choice of weatherproof or certified flameproof enclosures. These flowmeters can be used for all fuel oil applications such as SKO/HSD/LDO/FO and HFO. Compatibility with all types of tube oils, transmission fluids, brake and clutch oils is ensured. Flowmeters are also offered in stainless steel/Teflon construction for all kinds of acidic, alkalies, solvents, easters, ethers, resins, polymers, DM water and water-based solutions.
