Positive Displacement Gear Pump
Positive Displacement Gear Pump is used in industrial chemicals, petrochemicals, and lubricants. The materials include Casing/Covers: GG 25, rotor/Idler, GG 25, Shaft: St. 60.2, shaft seal: Teflon-impregnated non-asbestos packing. It operates against a closed discharge valve, continues to produce flow until the pressures in the discharge line are increased, until the line bursts or the pump is severely damaged - or both. Tuthill Pumps are designed to be long lasting and continually perform, even in the most difficult of applications involving high viscosities and temperatures.
