Power Control Centre

Description: Power Control Centres are designed and manufactured up to 4000 A rating, suitable for operations voltage of 415 V 3 phase 4 wire distribution system with an insulation voltage of up to 660 V at an ambient temperature of 40 deg. Form of separations is as per IS 8623 and short circuit protection up to 50 kA and degree of protection IP 52. The switchboards can be both fixed or draw out type as per customer requirements. PLC and AC/DC drive based panels for process control applications are manufactured as per the international standards and widely appreciated by the company's national and international customers. Its modular type of construction helps future extensibility on both end, single/double front. It is successfully type tested at CPRI for verification of short circuit strength at 50 kA RMS for one second as per IS: 8623. The bus bars are made of electrolytic grade aluminium alloy/copper with certified IACS conductivity; and rigorous metal strength through 7 tank process carried out on sheet steel work maintaining required temperature, pH and titration point age before painting as per the IS: 3618.
