By continuous measuring of capacitor-power, BLR-CX is always using the current capacitor-size for regulation. The switching sequence of the compensation unit is fixed by the capacitors which are used and has not to be programmed. If there are unexpected problems with capacitors, contactors or the fuses of capacitors, BLR-CX detects these problems and gives an alarm by the relay, if required. Compensation of reactive power with advanced fully automatic system parameter recognition, and supervising of capacitors is also possible.
