It has features like: totally enclosed, weatherproof housing in modular cast iron for maximum strength, a vent valve on the bottom housing flange to avoid accidental pressurization, compact rack & pinion design, external travel stops for precise angular stroke adjustment between 80° & 100°, double acting actuator is with 2 hydraulic cylinders mounted at each side of the housing, and mounting of two different cylinders to obtain different output torques in the opening & closing directions. Its bushings are made of sintered bronze, charged with teflon to provide minimal friction and extended service life. It also comprise of electroless nickel plated and polished cylinder for corrosion resistance & minimal friction. We also enhance with actuator torque testing and emergency service repair.
