Powered conveyor is a function of its length. When a tremendous volume of merchandise is transported between two locations, the powered conveyor is the preferred transport method. If the merchandise is bulk picked, individually packaged, not fragile or crushable, and destined for a sortation induction station, then the merchandise is transported en masse and loose on a belt conveyor. These are specifically designed for interface with the 750 and 1250 Series Stewart Horizontal Switches, where products as short as 5.00 inch conveyed require transfer. Conveyor transfers interface to our existing conveyor systems or another manufacturers conveyor equipment.
