Profile: Pramod Engineering Works is a binding post press equipment manufacturing company. We are involved in the manufacture of flowline with auto-feeder & stitcher and on-line trimmer, side section gathering machines & three-knife trimmer four-hole paper drilling machines. The saddle stitcher SS6 Stitch Star is designed to meet the needs of modern bindery which performs with an automatic stitching line with 10 feeders and online three knife trimmer. The signature feeders are designed on the basis of signature Peel off system. Alloy rollers persistently peel each signature from the pile. Each of the three rotating vacuum shafts separates the signature without friction from the pile and lies on the conveyor chain. The gearing of the trimmer runs on oil which helps in reducing noise, vibration and provides long life to gears. Our side gathering machines are available in 2 different sizes. This machine can run up to 6,000 bound books per hour with a facility of online wire stitching and rejection of bad copies. These are available in the configuration from 6 to 30 stations for particular applications. Our paper drilling machines are equipped with 4 drilling heads. Drill holder is capable of drilling from 3 mm to 14 mm. These machines are equipped with dual speed motor to obtain fine results on different kinds of paper and are fitted with automatic table lift system. These are made up of rigid steel to avoid any friction. Our binding machines are widely used by magazine production and publishing companies. We also export our products to various countries worldwide.
