We provide vacuum brazing and heat treatment, electro discharge machining, laser machining, welding & non-destructive testing. We develop and manufacture air impingement inserts for the cooling of gas turbines. We also manufacture nozzle guide vane and turbine blade cooling inserts. We supply turbocharger nozzle rings which are used on applications for high speed trains, ships, and fast ferries. We develop vane with a re-inforced suction surface, which is also a subject of a patent application. We also produce impingement and cover plates in line with our range of cooling inserts. These plates are manufactured from sheet materials such as stainless steel, N75 and Hast-alloy X. Our brazed assembly plate is used in an aerospace nozzle guide vane, and acts as a baffle inside the casting core.
