Our heat recovery system is a thermal exchange unit that helps to reduce heating costs by retaining existing heat. It has large potential of saving fuel cost for the fired equipment. The heating surface of the system is provided with adequate margin for fouling on exhaust gas side. This ensures that heat recovery is not affected by soot accumulation on tubes within reasonable limits. It is designed for pressure drop on exhaust gas side as per maximum permissible back pressure of source equipment. We also offer custom designed fired heaters in three main categories which include; waste gas fired boilers, fired heaters, and solid fuel fired boilers. Our waste gas boilers are designed to burn waste gas and tail gases from processes, including lean gases of low calorific value, to generate steam for captive power or co-generation. We have fired heaters for various applications in refineries, petrochemicals & chemicals, customized charge heaters, start up heaters, and reformers.
