Profile: Precision Compacted Components produces a wide range of highly engineered powdered metal parts and sub-assemblies. Our molding equipment ranges from 6 tons up to 250 tons and includes multi-action capabilities. Our 4 sintering furnaces use both hydrogen and nitrogen atmospheres. Our in-house capabilities include powder blending, sizing, oil impregnation, sinter hardening, tumbling and assembly. We offer P/M inserts, gears/sprockets and tone rings. Our P/M inserts are used in tensioners, control arms and guides for automotive timing systems.
