Precision High Speed Grinding Spindles

Description: Precision high speed grinding spindles are utilised for different types of grinding operations including surface, internal, tool and cutter as well as thread. These grinding spindles are made from alloy steel material. Inorder to maintain high accuracy even after long period of use, all the components are stress-relieved, hardened and stabilised. The spindles are fitted with super precision matched pair imported bearings, precisely preloaded and packed with imported grease. All the components are dynamically balanced for high accuracy, surface finish and excellent performance even at high loads. Labyrinth sealing at front and rear covers are provided to protect the spindle against infiltration of dust and chips. Reconditioning of imported and Indian spindles is also undertaken.
