Our Coborn DB1 digital balancing machine offers single plane balancer for cutters and grinding wheels and it is used to balance routers, cutters, molder heads, grinding wheels, armatures, fans and turbines & the rotating parts of the machine are fully enclosed for safety & a lid lock solenoid ensures that the lid stays closed until the rotating parts are at a standstill. We offer planetary lapping benches for grinding and lapping the top rake surface of polycrystalline diamond tool segments. Our grinding fixtures includes CS2 coning spindle and TF1 truing fixtures. Our CS2 coning spindle is used for coning and indexing on Coborn natural diamond machines. Our TF1 truing fixtures is used on Coborn RG-series machines for manual truing of diamond wheels. We provide full technical support, training, customization and repair services.
