Sizes, surface finish and geometry can be maintained very tightly because of the tooling & consumables used. We do job work for many automobile & auto component units & the common parts honed & ground (ID and OD) are gear blanks, pinion, transmission gear, AA piston, LLA screw, excess fuel screw, valve body, AA housing, TP bolt, seat spring & anything else which is cylindrical & needs to be turned, honed and ground.
