Profile: Precision Molded Packaging is specialized in offering durable polyurethane foam cushions that are designed to specifically fit the product for shipping/handling. Unlike styrene and corrugated internal packaging, these cushions can take multiple impacts and still protect the product. These cushions are often re-used for multiple shipments. Foam cushions provide excellent block and brace support, as well as providing maximum protection against shock and vibration damage. This protection helps avoid scratches and abrasions often caused by other types of internal packaging. The outer cushions film is a specialized formulation created to be non-abrasive to even the most delicate surfaces. Even heavy units can be safely packed in foam.
