We make slitting cutters, work rolls, idler rolls and tube mill rolls. We manufacture sleeves for aluminum die casting machines. We produce sleeves from raw material made by house induction melting and electro slag refining process. We produce work rolls, which are hardened at very high temperatures & then tempered at very high temperature to avoid chipping and cracking of tools. Tube Mill Rolls are made out of ESR Grade (D-2) MV grade only. In this particular type of grade the density and grain size of this material is, same from centre to periphery.
