Profile: Preheat Engineering Ltd. is a manufacturer and supplier of heating equipment. We serve various industrial applications. Our products range from large industrial heaters down to small fittings, flanges and brackets. We supply our engine coolant pre-heaters with a complete kit, comprising thermostatically controlled heater, heater mountings, high temperature rubber or silicone hose, hose clips, a set of installation fittings to suit the engine in question, installation notes, and an installation drawing. We manufacture coolant heaters such as vertical heaters, horizontal heaters, long heaters, short heaters, weatherproof heaters, and pumped heaters. Our internal coiled oil heaters are of a low watts density suited to the medium to be heated. The coiled heaters are inserted through a drilled or existing tapped hole in the oil container wall, or through an inspection plate. For adaptability purposes, they are manufactured in both straight and a right-angled version. Our fuel-line heaters are designed to maintain fuel at approximately 7°C whilst it is flowing along the fuel-line. They are manufactured in DC as well as AC voltages as there is a need to maintain fuel flow on both mobile and static applications.
