Profile: Premier Galvanizing Ltd. is a provider of galvanizing service and a wide variety of fabrications works. We have both deep and wide galvanizing baths to provide galvanizing services. Our galvanizing service includes hot dip galvanizing, pre-galvanizing service, and post galvanizing service. Hot dip galvanizing is a process that prevents steel from corroding. Prior to any material being galvanized, the steel fabrications are submerged in acid to remove all rust and mill scale to provide a chemically clean surface. The purpose of this pre- galvanizing inspection enables us to notify any additional holes that may be required. After our initial galvanizing works, all items are passivated to help reduce the effects of wet storage stain. We also specialize in galvanizing and powder coated finishes.
