Press Brake
Description: Premier Machine offers press brakes whose frames are built from quality steel plates having interlocked construction to give direct support on the frame members for maximum strength with minimum deflection. The frames are provided with large radii thereby distributes and reduces stress, giving extra safety. All the parts are accurately machined thus maintaining the parallelism of ram and bed under rated loads. The working load between ram and bed is directly thrown on the frames side structure along their centre lines. The drive is single stage gear or gear train having machine-cut spur or helical teeth mounted on the shafts totally enclosed housings are well protected by heavy guard or running in an oil bath. The large free flywheel running on tapered roller bearings stores adequate amount of energy to give the maximum rated bends without overloading the motor. The clutch and brake causes very less shock and vibration thus prolonging the life of the associated parts. The operation of the clutch is provided either mechanically through a foot or hand-operated lever system by an electro-pneumatic clutch system with foot switch control. The press brake is equipped with standard and optional features: main drive motor to suit 400/440V 3-phase, 50 cycles with control panel and complete machine wiring; manual lubricator; flywheel and gear guard; manual operated back gauge; a set of wrenches; and foundation pads.
