Description: Redson manufactures various types, models, and sizes of hydraulic presses and mechanical presses. The few hydraulic press models include- deep drawing presses - with die cushion, deep drawing presses - with blank holder and extrusion presses; the mechanical press models include `C' frame cross shaft presses and straight sided multipoint crank less presses. In case of the hydraulic press the press frames and slides are steel plate heavy duty fabricated structures, stress relieved and machined, whereas in the mechanical press the frame is four part welded construction with heavy duty rolled steel plates of fusion welding quality and is connected by four tie rods and the slides are rolled steel plate welded construction with heavy members. It is fully stress relieved and is machined for close tolerances. All the electrical controls in the hydraulic presses are provided for push button operation for single, semi auto/auto operation; and the control panels and control stations are provided as standard equipment. In the mechanical presses pneumatic friction minimum inertia clutch and bake system is provided for preventing overloads on motor and slides and stopping of slide at desired position. The drive is through flywheel, pneumatic clutch, and brake and rolled and hardened teeth gearings with two point loading. The hydraulic overload protection is provided for complete safety of tooling and slides.
