Description: Pressure safety/relief valves are offered ranging from ¼″ to 2″ and pressure setting up to 200 kg/cm2. These valves are normally used in all industries - like fertiliser plants, gas industries, pressurised reaction vessels and are also required for all positive displacement pumps. Wherever online pressure equipment is functioning and to avoid overloading on the motor or due to choking-up on discharge, these pressure-relief valves are usually used to release the excess pressure. These are also required for close reaction vessels, when it goes beyond set-up pressure, thereby releasing increased pressure in the vessel. The valves are usable for steam release for which the company is offering two seatings, i.e., silicon and SS in this valve. Here, in case silicon seating is damaged or spoiled, the valve still gives satisfactory performance since there is second seating, i.e., stainless steel lapping seat, used as a continuous seating, thereby allowing the valve to work in full capacity.
