Our DBN series of PCD ball-nosed end-mills has a solid tungsten carbide body for maximum rigidity with PCD brazed tips for enhanced tool life and productivity when machining abrasive materials. Our polycrystalline diamond tipped tools cover applications like MDF, hardboard, and solid laminate. These disposable polycrystalline diamond tipped tools consist of features like single tip which prevents edge lines, high wear resistance, right or left hand cutting rotation availability, and plunge cut facility. Our PCD compression routers cover applications like jointing, grooving, copying and rebating on CNC routers for particle board & MDF panels, raw, melamine & paper laminated, HPL & foil laminated/veneered panels, and plywood hard & exotic woods.
