Our UV curing lamps are designed and manufactured as direct replacement lamps. We also develop lamp and transformer power supply products. Our UV curing technology covers a wide variety of industrial applications ranging from the curing of inks & coatings for quality print to applications in wood, glass & plastic finishing, metal decorating, fiber-optics, CD manufacturing, and electronics. We manufacture an extensive range of medium pressure mercury arc lamps suitable for all known UV curing systems. All our UV curing lamps are manufactured from high-clarity, vitreous silica, normally referred to as quartz. Quartz has the property of high-transparency to ultraviolet light, particularly at the shortwave end of the spectrum. Our metal halide lamps are mercury vapor lamps with metal halide additives which create specific wavelengths of ultraviolet radiation to precision match the photo-initiator being cured.
