Our products include detonation & flame arrestors, precision flow test system, fuel gas conditioners, propane tank vaporizers, gas blanket controllers, chemical injectors and clean burner assemblies. Our new Liqui-Fire liquid heat tape is an environmental-friendly, glycol alternative heating system for protecting temperature sensitive lines and equipment. The heart of the Liqui-Fire is a pair of 8000 BTU explosion proof catalytic gas heaters. This unit is housed with a unique patented pump and glycol reservoir in an insulated & heated shelter. Lines can be run up to 300 feet away and still deliver liquid heat for the ultimate in freeze protection. It operates on propane/fuel gas to deliver heated glycol to be pumped by our exclusively designed non-stalling diaphragm pump. The incoming gas pressure operates a split diaphragm pump. On the one side of the diaphragm is the gas side, and the other is liquid. The liquid side is displaced by the gas filling side and forces the liquid out through the heat exchanger & heat trace lines. There is a non-stalling micro switch that insures a constant reciprocating operation. The gas circuit is divided and separated from the glycol circuit by the diaphragm. The heavy duty heat exchanger allows for higher discharge pressures while enabling longer runs of heat tracing. Our heat exchanger is very heavy duty and built with new radiator manufacturing techniques like silicon o-rings instead of aluminum & solder. This flexible design ensures long life under expanding and contracting conditions. Our Accu-Set gas blanket controller is a large diameter teflon high accuracy diaphragm that reacts to tank pressure at very minimal pressure such as 1/4″ water column. This high accuracy dependable teflon diaphragm and micro valve operate in changing temperatures with consistent repeatability.
