Process Chillers

Description: Process chillers are compact and easy to install. These have tough, rugged, efficient and eco-friendly compressors. The chillers come with insulated non-corrosive in-built stainless steel tanks to prevent ambient heat gain and condensation. Each unit is provided with digital temperature controller, polyurethane coated rigid steel frame and panels. It has aesthetically designed user-friendly display, control panel for easier operator fault interpretation and simplified diagnostics for easy alarm activated troubleshooting. It is provided with copper tube and air cooled condenser. The shell and tube water cooled condenser features removable heads for easy cleaning purposes. A reliable circulation pump, the energy saving compact brazed plate evaporator, shell and tube and hydromiser evaporator produce high turbulence. Smaller units up to 5 TR are available and can be mounted on castors for portability. The safety flow switches (on larger units) facilitates monitoring of high pressure buildup. Other products available are cooling towers, hopper dryers, auto vacuum loaders, colour mixers, portable gantry cranes, automatic mould temperature controllers, heat exchangers and air handling units.
