Profile: Process Environments specializes in the design and installation of industrial ventilation systems & air filtration equipment, including Torit®, Donaldson, dust collectors, fume collectors, mist collectors, Industrial Air Technology (IAT) industrial fans, and general ventilation fans. We provide complete turn-key air filtration services for dust collection, fume collection, mist control and general ventilation systems. We design & install industrial ventilation systems to protect the health and safety of workers & the environment. We offer the complete line of Donaldson Torit industrial air filtration and air pollution control equipment. We can customize equipment selection to meet the specific needs for dust collection, weld fume control & mist collection. We carry a broad product line of cartridge dust collectors for both intermittent and continuous duty applications. These units utilize high-efficiency cartridge filters. The ultra-web filter is rated at 99.999% at 0.5 micron, which allows for filtration of fine and/or hazardous dust, and for recirculation of plant air. Cartridge collectors are compact and require minimal maintenance. With 12 cartridge medias to choose from, we can design and install a filtration system to meet the most demanding requirements while delivering the highest efficiency, the lowest operating cost, and the longest filter life. We can design & install the appropriate ventilation system, using both roof mount fans and wall mount fans, to exhaust heat & fumes from the facility. We can also provide custom motor controls to interlock these fans, including controls for hazardous duty locations.
