The Guardian model 102 ignition is designed to light the pilot and sense the flame using a single electrode. The pilot sensor relies on the pilot flame to provide an electrical path for the sensor current. Our Guardian model 102 ssd operates a skinner solenoid valve to control the pilot gas. The ignition arc is maintained for approximately 15 seconds.
