Our engineering service includes prototype and production CNC sheet metal fabrications, laser cutting, CNC milling and welding processes. Our welding processes include MIG & TIG welding covering alloy, mild steel and stainless steel as materials. We focus on design and manufacture of sheet metal components. We specialize in precision stainless steel, aluminum & steel fabrications from basic brackets through to complex metal enclosures, cabinets and case work. We produce a wide range of components for the electronics and other industries. We employ Orion laser cutting machine to provide our laser cutting services. This laser forms an extremely flexible manufacturing cell in combination with our punch press and press brakes for the production of a wide variety of components. Our laser cutting service covers engineered components that range from tiny brackets and intricate components to larger electrical cases. Painting and finishing services are also provided by us.
