We mainly deal with the work of finishing and refining aluminium extrusions. We also offer advance refinement services like cutting, processing, welding, bending, surface treatment and assembly. Extrusion technology we focus on has the ability to integrate multiple features in the cross-section design. We obtain aluminium extrusions using a hydraulic power-press. We have three separate presses, each of which can press up to eight extrusions at the same time. After pressing, the extrusions are cooled with air and water depending on the alloy. The extrusions are then straightened in hydraulic stretching equipment and cut into suitable lengths. Finally the strength of the extrusions is increased by thermal aging. Our unique Alutin surface treatment method enables us to make the surface of our extrusions electrically conductible, solving the problem of grounding in electronic units with an aluminium casing. We specialize in developing new cooling profiles to suit various applications within the electronics industry.
