Profile: Programmable Power Supply specializes in power products. We provide engineering development and manufacturing of custom radio frequency power products, high current switching amplifiers, switch mode power supplies, high voltage power products & the mixed signal technology necessary for system integration of these power products. Our radio frequency amplifier (RFA) is a water-cooled system for providing a 6-7 kW RF waveform to a resonance cavity for the purpose of accelerating an ion beam. The RFA was designed to process a sinusoidal waveform at a customer specified frequency between 13.6 and 27 MHz. The RFA was developed for local or remote control via the devicenet communications protocol. The RFA is implemented in a 4 kW modular structure to allow more flexibility in adapting to various customer power requirements.
