Powder coating service we offer is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. We provide plating services like electroplating, chrome plating and zinc plating service. In case of electroplating service we supply a metal with electrons to form a non-ionic coating on a substrate. A common system involves a chemical solution with the ionic form of the metal, an anode which may consist of the metal being plated or an insoluble anode and finally a cathode where electrons are supplied to produce a film of non-ionic metal. On the other side chrome plating service we cater with is a finishing treatment utilizing the electrolytic deposition of chromium.
