Profile: Protek Devices is a supplier of TVS diode arrays, analog, and mixed-signal semiconductor products for use in a broad range of electronic equipment. Our product line includes TVS diode arrays, steering diodes, component modules, SurgeBuster modules® and thyristors. Our 200W TVS arrays are available in multiple voltage types, ranging from 5V to 24V. They are protected by 4 bi-directional lines, and 5 uni-directional lines. Our thyristor surge suppression devices are designed to protect telecommunications equipment against lightning and transients induced by AC power lines. These devices are ideal for use in central office equipment, PBX, DSU, OCU, digital telephones, fax machines, modems, and radio controlled equipment. Thyristors are offered in a bi-directional configuration. The discrete surface mount package allows individual placement of the device on printed circuit boards or other locations where multiple component devices do not offer the versatile in-board trace layout.
