For our services, we include materials like alloy & stainless steels, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper and a variety of different engineering plastics. We also work with more exotic materials such as titanium and inconel. We wash non-ferrous parts in our de-greasing machine, whereas all ferrous parts are oil dipped for corrosion protection. Other processes we carry on include chrome, zinc & nickel plating, chemical blacking, silver & colored anodizing, centerless, internal & external grinding, honing & broaching, and heat treatment. We also enhance with CNC turning and CNC milling works. All our machines are equipped for bar and chucking work. We also produce parts in copper, aluminum, alloy steel, brass, and several varieties of plastic.
