Our AMP-1000 automatic packaging machine is a compact, versatile VFFS with standard features such as Siemens PLC controller & touch screen panel, easily changeable forming tubes allowing multiple bag sizes, auger filler standard for both filler & lift, take away conveyor, sequential drives for dosing & film advancement, date stamp embossing and password protection for all settings. It is an easy to adjust, maintain and change VFFS. It is designed, programmed and assembled to give long lasting & labor saving operation. Our MP-5 is an automatic scale. It is designed to increase the productivity, reducing waste caused by overfilling and reduces customer complaints caused by accidental under filling. It is extremely effective at quickly and correctly conveying & weighing of marginal weights. It is perfect for those operations with space constraints. It comes equipped with adjustable feed hopper mixer & discharge hopper vibrator making it the perfect weigh and fill for free/non-free flowing products. It can handle any granular weights from 2 oz. to 2 lbs, with the larger optional discharge hopper weights that can be increased up to 5 lbs. It is easy to set-up and operate & requires no programming.
