Description: PTFE, FEP PFA lined equipments and spares are quality lined equipments that guarantee utmost durability and ensure maximum process uptime. Pipes and elbows liner up to 150 NB is from PTFE and the white liner conforms to standard resin specification ASTM D-1457, ASTM D-4994 and 95 Type II. Pipes and elbows of size 200 and above are either in FEP or PFA or PTFE depending on process liquid handled and as per standard resin specification, ASTM D-2116 and D-3307 Type III and Type II and ASTM D-1457, ASTM D-4994 and 95 respectively. Seamless carbon steel pipe are as per ASTMA-106 Gr, B Sch 40, elbows are of ductile cast iron confirming to ASTM A-395, or SG iron conforming to ASTM A-536 (60-4018), or fabricated from pipe conforming to ASTM A- 106 Gr, B Sch-40. The flanges conform to ASTM A 105 Gr, B or IS 2062. MS PTFE lined pipes are supplied with one loose and other fixed flange and elbow with fixed flanges and can be custom made.
