Profile: Purist Audio Design provides cable line, AC extension unit, single point power conditioner and digital isolation adapter. The AC extension is a passive unit offering the audiophile expanded outlets. It utilizes the sonically Oyaide R1 outlets, and is encased in a custom machined aluminum chassis which will blend into the system. Digital isolation adapter is to isolate the digital signal from the transport to the D/A. It reduces jitter by impedance control and reduces EMI/RF noise. The adapter can either be plugged into the SPDIF (RCA) output of a CD transport, or the SPDIF (RCA) input of a D/A. It connects the SPDIF (RCA) digital cable into the adapter and equipment.
