Profile: QFS develops and manufactures prototypes from "one off" bespoke panels to complete installations using customers' data, CAD or conventional drawings. We handle all quantities of panels and components requiring high levels of accurate measurement. Drawings and graphs can be generated from tests on the CMM, which can for instance, measure tool wear during manufacturing processes, saving on production down-time by indicating when action needs to be taken. We can offer rapid response times for small run and batch production items. Any size of panel can be accommodated for cutting, forming and punching, with larger items regularly processed for correction and finishing work.
