Profile: Quality Castings (Slough) Ltd. is a producer of aluminum alloy castings, gravity die castings, and aluminum gravity die castings. We are certified with BS EN ISO 9001 quality certification. We produce castings including flameproof parts for safety hazardous equipment and parts requiring radiography for the aerospace & defense sectors. We employ semi-automatic hydraulic casting machines as well as conventional mechanically operated dies. These enable us to produce castings weighing from a few grams to 25 Kg. Box-less molding method is used to produce castings weighing from a few grams to 50 Kg. Our glass bead and stainless steel shot blasting facilities remove adhering sand and improve surface finish. Our electric and gas heat treatment ovens on-site, help enable quality castings to offer competitive lead times for heat treated castings. We use various forms of aluminum alloys as materials. We design all tooling for gravity dies and sand foundry patterns.
