Profile: Quality Films Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial packaging films. We supply hand and machine stretch film for the in-transit protection of palletized goods. Our products include blown stretch film, cast stretch film, shrink wrap products, blown hand & machine stretch film, shrink films, packaging accessories including pallet hoods, covers and tapes. We produce all stretch films from linear low density polyethylene. We manufacture blown film by applying heat to polymer resins, and extruding the softened material through a die to form a tube. This tube is inflated with air to create a bubble, which on reaching the required size and thickness is then cooled by air into solid film. Cast film is produced in Standard, Power Pre and Super Power Pre grades, determined by the amount of Pre stretch required for the application. It is extruded as a flat sheet resulting in much higher outputs than blown film extrusion. Cast film extrusion is widely used in the stretch film industry.
