Profile: Qudos Technology Ltd. is a technology service provider. We are supplier of technologies and processes to the micro and nano industry. We specialize in micro and nano technology development. Our service spectrum encompasses subjects like lithography, mask making, deposition, etching & lift-off processes, inspection, dicing and flexible substrate processing. Our electron beam technology is an advanced type for fabrication inclusive of mask & reticle making services and advanced direct write for various applications. Our Leica cambridge VB6 vector beam is suitable for nanolithography, with ultra high resolution and operating at 100kV. On the other side our EBL300 is capable of processing masks and direct-write onto different substrates. We offer a full range of prototyping service that includes lithography, metal deposition and patterning on flexible materials. For this purpose we use polyethylene naphthalene, polyethylene terephthalate and kapton film. In case of metal deposition works we run two methods namely sputtering and evaporation. Sputtering is our main technique for which we have three DC magnetron machines whilst evaporation is done using an e-beam source and is suitable for heat sensitive substrates for and lift-off processing. For this we commonly use metals like chrome, aluminium, titanium/tungsten, titanium, tantalum, tin, indium, silver, gold and copper. The evaporation method is also used for processes that require metal lift-off. We use an E-gun, a high energy system for evaporation of high melting point materials. For silicon oxide, silicon nitride and silicon oxy-nitride deposition onto various substrates which are not temperature sensitive we avail plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition.
