Description: Universal Quick Change of Tools for drilling, reaming, tapping and counter boring is machine used to perform a sequence machining operation on jobs. The chuck can be placed vertically as well as horizontally on machines such as radial drilling, lathe, turret and boring. It features a floating reamer adaptor equipped with radial parallel float, which ensures reaming to precision limits with a good surface finish. It also features a tapping adaptor equipped with length compensation features acting on compression and expansion. It can also be incorporated with tap adaptor incorporating sensitive ball clutch thereby facilitating safe tapping of even blind holes without tap breakage. The tap adaptor is set with factory-set ball clutch. Safety rings are provided for all the adaptors.
