Profile: Quintek Measurement Systems is a manufacturer of precision x-ray based measurement equipments. Our product line includes QDP-01X density profiler, Qtrs-01x tree ring scanners and QLTS layer thickness swell system. Our QDP-01X density profiler measure and analyze the density profile of manufactured products. The density profilers scans for 2" square round samples and the samples are positioned in a cassette holder and loaded in to the profiler. It is featured with automatic sample indexing, automatic output printing and it is equipped with five zone analysis of the samples at various density. Our Qtrs-01x tree ring scanners passes thin strips from increment cores through an accurately collimated soft x ray beam using a precisely controlled stepping system and linear bearing carriage. It is featured with automated archived scans and with optionally equipped software including different material including sample with glue lines.
