Profile: RAC Industries LLC. specializes in providing different types of gaskets. Gasket Material comes standard in 8? lengths unless otherwise noted. Standard colors are gray and black, or as specified for each gasket profile. Additional lengths and colors may be available by special order. The GW 3000 gasket welding equipment features a spring-loaded hot-knife you pull forward into welding position, and it then locks in place while the gasket edges are being melted. An optional foot pedal sends the hot-knife to the retracted position, allowing the gasket to be quickly and accurately welded together. If you choose not to use the foot pedal, moving the fixtures apart also causes the hot-knife to retract.
