Profile: REX Heat Treat provides heat-treating services of various metal parts for aircraft, guns and various hand tools. Our facility is equipped with new batch oil, polymer and salt quench heat treating capabilities. We have an atmosphere controlled car bottom furnace that process up to 80,000 lbs. of material in one lot. We also have a full metallurgical lab and straightening capabilities. Our equipments include pit furnaces, box furnaces, tip up clamshell, freezers and cryogenic freezers.
