Profile: RHH Foam Systems, Inc. manufactures Versi-Foam® two-component disposable polyurethane foam dispensing systems, and Versi-Tite® single component polyurethane foam sealants. The foam insulation system 15 and System 50 are the medium & large size foam insulation kits in the standard, non-rated foam formula. The density of the foam is 1.75 pounds per cubic foot free rise or 2 pounds per cubic foot in place. The foam insulation expands six times its original volume and is tack free in 30 to 45 seconds. The foam insulation is 97% closed cell, has an insulation R-value of 7.7 per inch and is recommended for most commercial & industrial applications, including insulating, air sealing, condensation control, sound deadening, structural enhancement, tank & pipe insulation, roof repair, marine flotation & gas tank encapsulation, truck and trailer insulation, sculpting & molding medium, pool and & insulation. The System 15 is packaged in one carton weighing 41 pounds, and includes the two chemical components, our patented U-Control dispensing gun attached to two 7-1/2 foot hoses & ten multi-purpose mixing nozzles. It produces 198 square feet of cured foam at a 1" thickness, or 16-1/2 cubic feet.
