Profile: RPA Components Ltd. provides the vital link between the manufacturer and end user, specifically, component sourcing for the engineering industry. Our services include identification of potential manufacturers, drawing up technical proposal, obtaining quotations & negotiation on behalf of clients, right through to the delivery of the engineering components. We are able to produce steel castings up to 50 kg per piece by this process, utilizing both ceramic shell & block (plaster) mold techniques. We also provide sand casting by hand, mechanized molding, and automated systems. Our other casting processes include continuous casting, shell molding, gravity die or permanent mold, high pressure die casting, low pressure die casting, and metal injection molding. We also offer mechanical parts particularly expertise in special fasteners, nuts, bolts, and washers. We can offer forgings black as forged, proof machined, and fully machined in materials including carbon steel, low-medium-high alloy steel, stainless steel, super-alloy & nickel alloy steel, titanium, tool steels, and aluminum.
