Description: Radial Drills, All Geared is used for production department and fabrication jobs for various drilling operations, taping, milling & jig boring operations. The specifications include drilling capacities - 25 mm to 75 mm and drilling radius - 630 mm to 1500 mm. The dimensioned cast iron base provides a firm and rigid foundation to the machine thereby permitting at carry out heavy jobs at maximum capacity. It is provided with 3 T slots for easy mounting of the jobs, column cast iron column is ground on the external surface for smooth movement of the radial arm, radial arm swings along the entire column up to 360° thereby permitting to operate the drilling head at any position and a separate motor for productivity provides the lifting of radial arm. The guide ways of the radial arm is perfectly hand scrapped to permit smooth movement of the drill head. Drilling head-robust and streamlined designed head comprises of oil bath gearbox for different operating speeds for smooth operation, different spindle speeds are provided giving a wide selection of drilling speeds, built-in lamp attachment provides illumination of the job during drilling operation, drilling feed auto feed drilling spindle ensures perfect and vibration free drilling.
