Profile: Rajoo Engineers Limited is a distributor of blown film and sheet extrusion lines. We offer plastic extrusion machinery and plastic extrusion products. We also provide extrusion blown film and foam extrusion lines. We supply physically foamed sheet lines for expanded PE and PS with annular, as well as flat dies. These sheet lines have a production capacity ranging from 80 kg/hr to 200 kg/hr and density range of 0.22 to 0.02 using different physical blowing agents. Blown film lines are high output downward extrusion water quenched universal application film lines that produce various combinations of PP and PE grades. These lines are offered up to three layer configuration to process diversified, water quenched film products and can be up-graded to incorporate auxiliary equipment & alternate assembly modules. Blown foamed films find applications in banners, wall-calendars & a host of other stationery items, whereas expanded PE sheets are used for bottle cap liners and general packaging applications. Expanded PS sheets are used in disposable containers.
