Profile: Rapid-Torc Inc. designs and manufactures hydraulic torque wrench and industrial maintenance tools especially designed for outage assembly and disassembly. We also supply hydraulic bolt tensioners, hydraulic power packs, induction bolt heating systems, hydraulic torque wrenches, pneumatic torque wrench, hydraulic gauge, hydraulic couplers and impact sockets. We offer repair, training and calibration services. Hydraulic torque wrenches are built with one piece aircraft quality aluminum housing, a square drive made of Vascomax, and an orientable reaction arm with reaction boot. Light weight & easy to manipulate, the small radius will allow to fit all restricted area. RT series with square drive is specialized for tightening and loosening of nuts with impact sockets, & covers torque from 50 ft.lbs to 65,000 ft.lbs. The internal pieces are made from the finest carbon-free steel, containing elements such as moly, aluminum and titanium. Structural parts such as housing, reaction arm and hydraulic arm are made from the finest aircraft quality aluminum alloys. A hexagonal reducer insert (HRI) allows reducing the across flat (AF) size of a ratchet link. Only when space around nuts is spacious, the hexagonal reducer insert allows to reduce the investment and to increase the potential of the equipment. All sizes are available for imperial or metric optional add-on reducer inserts.
