Description: Nitoo Sales offers complete, standardized crossed or straight manifold system. The straight manifold (2-fold or 4-fold) offers a bore gauge range of 68 to 440 mm and the crossover manifold with a bore gauge range of 50 mm to 240 mm offers a large range of possibilities. The manifolds are provided with selectable pitch centres within defined limits. It is supported with nozzles that have excellent thermal isolation and wear resistant tips. The SHT-series nozzles are equipped with wear-resistant nozzle tips. The nozzles are attached to the runners with screws and are equipped with a patented, divided shaft, which allows for unproblematic processing of reinforced technical synthetics. These manifold systems have optimum distribution of heat. The drawing can be directly down loaded and incorporated into your mould drawing. The complete systems include the manifold with insulating plate, connection piece including Titan-insulating ring, thrust transmitting pieces, adjacent thermocouple, spacer, hot runner nozzles of the 5SHT/6SHT series in lengths of 50 mm or 80 mm, as well as electric and thermal cables with mounting fixtures.
